Arianna M. Shannon has been with the Spine Institute of Arizona since July of 2018, managing our day-to-day operation as Practice Administrator. She has nearly 10 years of healthcare administration experience, with 4 of those being in medical management.
Arianna earned duel Bachelor of Arts degrees in Communication Studies and Public Relations with a minor in Psychology from Baldwin-Wallace College in Berea, Ohio. She is currently a member of the North American Spine Society (NASS), Medical Group Management Association (MGMA), and participates in numerous networking groups around the Phoenix Valley. Arianna is actively pursuing her board certification as a Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE), with completion slated for Fall of 2019.
In her previous positions, she has worked with large medical organizations on improving patient accessibility, care, and overall experience. She looks to bring that skillset to the Spine Institute of Arizona in order to strengthen and grow the practice in years to come.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Ryan, hiking, golfing, watching documentaries, cooking, thrift shopping, and traveling back to Ohio to spend time with family.
