Lead Interdepartmental Specialist
Zsanene (Cha) Ostlund-Stock began her professional career with the Spine Institute of Arizona in 2008 as an Administrative and Personal Assistant. Over the past 11 years, Cha has proven to be an integral part of the practice, eventually managing provider credentialing and acting as our workers compensation liaison. Recently, Cha was promoted to Lead Interdepartmental Specialist, acting in a leadership capacity to support staff in multiple departments.
Cha attended Glendale Community College, where she studied English, and went on to receive several certificates in Microsoft Excel and Business Writing and Grammar Skills. In addition, she has been an Arizona State Notary since 2006.
Cha hopes to support her peers and improve processes in the best way possible. She is looking forward to seeing the growth and development of the Spine Institute of Arizona in the upcoming years. In her free time, Cha enjoys off roading sand cars, (she was even featured in an edition of Sand Sports Magazine), quads, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. Cha is very passionate about helping others and says that is what she enjoys in life the most.
